Railway Recruitment Board

Railway Recruitment Boards conducts various exams such as RRB NTPC, RRB Group D, RRB JE, RRB ALP, etc. 

Every year Indian Railways announce lakhs of jobs for graduates, 10+2 and matric pass candidates. Against the vacancies, the Railways receive crore of application forms. The recruitments of the railways are handled by the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) and Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs). RRBs are mandated with the responsibility of conducting recruitment to all Group C (Technical and Non-Technical) posts. RRCs are given with the responsibility of conducting exams for Group D recruitment. There are a total of 21 RRBs and 16 RRCs. Recruitment to Group A and B posts in Indian Railways is done through Civil Services and Engineering Services Exam (ESE).
