ASV educational and charitable trust has a governing body which consists of sociologists, development experts in natural resource management, integrated health field, financial management and in resource mobilization. The governing body has appointed executive body of members who are incharge of implementing the project activities with transparency.
Internal process audit system
This is conducted through out the year to ensure accountability in the internal operation of the organization.
Statutory audit
Statutory audit is held by the auditor for finalization of balance sheet and statement of affairs.Audit reports are transparent and if any issues raised are brought in to serious discussions and changes are brought if necessary and where necessary.
Future
ASV is exploring various technologies like GPS to monitor all project activities. It facilitates decision making, monitoring, optimum involvement og all stake holders.
