About us

ASV Educational and Charitable Trust is a registered NGO which was founded in the year 2014. The objective was to train unemployed rural youth in skills that can empower their employability opportunities. It also, works towards converting villages into a self-reliant green environment, we teach yoga and pranayama along with ancient Indian wisdom to school going children and youth of rural India.

This trust was founded by Dr.Alexander who has experience as Managing Director for two decades. This trust offers manpower to industries in India and Abroad. The trust works by studying the needs of semi-skilled youth and train them accordingly to acquire new industrial skills.

ASV & QXY Skills Training Centre (I) Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad is an Overseas Trade Testing Centre approved by Building Construction Authority (BCA), Govt. of Singapore in Compliance with Ministry of Labour and Employment (DGET), Government of India. This Company is authorized for training and testing of labour and professionals. It is an Employment Agency (EA) approved by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Govt. of Singapore which is authorized to provide skilled manpower to various organizations.

ASV Manpower Consultancy Pvt Ltd, Chennai is a Recruitment Agency, approved by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Govt. of India, which provides skilled Indian manpower to various international organizations located in different countries.

ASV Resources Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad is a Sending Organization (SO), authorized for sending suitable workers to Japan under Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) approved by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Govt. of India.

Our Approach

Gender equity

ASV Trust wants to strive for gender justice by creating equal opportunities. Taking concern on female labour in the construction sites and train both the labour irrespective of gender in all vocational trades.

Life close to nature

In response to the pandemic fever the trust conduct yoga and pranayama ( Breathing exercises) to the children and youth living in villages and learning in government school.

Small is beautiful

This trust wants to plan and enact small beginning close with nature. It has aesthetic concern so that human mind can realise its origin and enjoy living in this cosmos one with nature.

Ecological justice

India lives in villages. So It wants to make the villages more greener by tree plantation and create awareness on conservation of natural resources and create concern on the species which are going to be extinct due to over exploitation of natural resources.

Towards integration of human beings beyond race, colour and religion. The activities are planned with equality and oneness beyond any bias.
